Throughout her career, Julissa has worked with Business Partners and HR Leaders, focusing on improving data quality, technology, reporting, decision making, operations, compliance, and vendor management. With a unique blend of technical expertise, HR knowledge, analytics, and business intelligence, Julissa is passionate about leveraging the latest trends and innovations to transform HR and the future of work.

María Carmona

María is an accomplished systems engineer, graduated from Venezuela, with a wealth of experience in overseeing and executing a diverse range of systems, including those related to Human Resources Management. She has worked as a software developer in the banking sector, leveraging her expertise throughout the software development lifecycle by employing Object-Oriented Programming, Unified Process, and UML methodologies. Furthermore, she possesses experience in the healthcare sector as an analyst and programmer, operating within a high-performance environment. Her proficiency involves working with intricate data structures, extracting information from diverse data sources, and engaging with state-of-the-art technologies for applications deployment and data manipulation.

We, the Innovech software team, are happy to share our partnership with DesignRush platform, which was created in 2017.The goal of developing DesignRush was to create an innovative platform that helps in finding the best agencies and professionals in different spheres. Such as, design, marketing, website and mobile development. Based on the founder’s ideas and experience, we developed a system that makes it fast and easy to rate and compare services from different companies in order to find the right partner for a specific business need.
